Prompt arrival, comprehensive handover with hospital and an excellent ambulance crew.

The two men picking me up from hospital could not have been nicer or more professional. I was humbled and frankly astounded as they then had to carry me up 3 flights of stairs. They were really kind and thoughtful and I was incredibly grateful to them so such great service.

I’ve used a lot of different ambulance services in my time, and this is by far the best one.

Other companies have been rude, impatient and, in some respects unprofessional, but I am yet to encounter something awry with HSAS.
